All of our representatives carry a badge with our logo and their name on it. If in any case you are contacted by a person claiming that we sent him and he does not have the badge, please push the call for help button right away.

This is mostly important for customers in the 38 and 19 areas as the number of people who know us is bigger there.

The source of all our services and products is patented and is not open. If you would like to see or have it you will have to buy our company. As this is not going to happen, you will not see the source, at least not any time soon.

You can still see sources of some of our old and outdated products, but they are no longer suported and we do not guarantee that they will work.

We keep all our customer’s information private except in the following cases:

1. If you have requested otherwise. This is mainly in regards to our people search. The exact terms of the privacy options are explained upon sign-up.

2. There is an emergency and you request help. At that poing we will have to uncover some of your personal information to one of our representatives or partners. Until then they know nothing about you.

I got a call from you, but I don’t need your services. Will you stop calling me?

We only make one call to people or companies that at some point will need our products. We will never ever call twice. If at any time you need us, please just return our call and we will be happy to come to you.

Where do I find you?

If you have one of our devices, you should be able to open the back panel and find our address and full contact information.

What if I don’t have one?

If you don’t have one, you don’t really need to find us.

How much do you charge?

Each of our customers has a custom services plan and is charged a different fee. If you want to find our what will be your fee, please contact us for a quote. Please note that it is NOT free.

Our search for people is only available once you login and is limited to the people that want to be found. Upon creating your customer’s account, when you buy our products, you can choose to be or not to be found in our search. Of course we always recommend to choose the to be found option as it will bring you the full benefit of our products, but if for any reason you decide otherwise, there are other ways to take advantage of it.
